Johna Easley, MBA, CHC

Johna Easley is currently serving as EMSA’s Interim President and CEO. Johna joined the EMSA system in 2009, prior to the Interim position she served as EMSA’s Chief Administrative and Chief Compliance Officer leading a variety of the organization’s administrative services including Occupational Health & Risk Management, Human Resources, and Grant Management. She has an extensive background in public health and healthcare system integration and has been responsible for leading the implementation of large organizational projects, process improvement initiatives, while working diligently to ensure that EMSA follows established best practices in healthcare compliance.
Johna holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Psychology and Communications and a Master of Business Administration. Her more than 15 years of operational and administrative experience combined with a Certification in Healthcare Compliance and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt help drive positive change across the organization.
