Johna Easley, MBA, CHC
Chief Administrative/Compliance Officer
Johna Easley serves as EMSA’s Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. She is responsible for a variety of the organization’s administrative services including Occupational Health & Risk Management, Human Resources, and Grant Management. Additionally, she is responsible for managing large organizational projects and process improvement initiatives. Johna also leads EMSA’s Compliance Department, and ensures the organization follows established best practices in healthcare compliance. Johna joined the EMSA system in 2009 as the Director of the Tulsa Metropolitan Medical Response System, where her role focused on healthcare and public health system integration and preparedness planning.
Johna holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus in Sociology and Communications and a Master of Business Administration degree. Her 15-plus years of operational and administrative experience combined with a Certification in Healthcare Compliance and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt help drive positive change across the organization.
