• You must search by the primary account holder’s name.
• Enter the last 2 digits of your social with an asterisk in front of them, like so: *XX.

Find My Membership

Once you have confirmed your membership, you should receive an email with the payment links. If you do not receive an email within 48 hours, please call the EMSA office at 918-396-2888 (Tulsa) or 405-396-2888 (OKC).
