Reporting Problems with Car Seats

It is important that you report any problems you may have with your safety seat. If you experience problems, the first step is to check with your dealership or AAA office to obtain a special form for reporting Child Safety Seat problems. It’s the same form used for reporting vehicle problems.

You’ll need to enter the manufacturer’s name in the Vehicle Make field, model number and name in the Vehicle Model field, and the year manufactured in the Vehicle Year field and include the manufactured date and a detailed description of the problem on the form.
