Chief Information Officer
Frank Gresh has been with EMSA since 1998. He formerly served as the Director of Communications and was named Chief Information Officer in 2005. In his role as the CIO, Frank is responsible for all aspects of technology including computer systems, radio systems and clinical technology. Gresh has been involved in emergency medical services for 30 years, starting off his career as an EMT-Paramedic. He served in leadership roles for other ambulance services around the country for several years before arriving at EMSA. Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in computer information systems from the University of Phoenix, Oklahoma City campus.
