Deputy Chief – Strategic Development
Bryan Jones is the Deputy Chief of Strategic Development for EMSA. Bryan has been a paramedic for nearly 28 years with ground, flight and hospital experience all here in Oklahoma. He has served in many roles throughout his EMS career, including a front-line critical care medic, operations supervisor, clinical educator, flight paramedic and now as an administrator. In his current role his responsibilities include developing and integrating new business models to expand the service lines and footprint. He also works to find new technologies and processes to better serve our customers and keep ahead of the ever-changing healthcare industry.
He believes that education is the “tip of the spear” and the key to EMSA’s success is putting good clinical providers into the system right from the start then giving them a career path to better themselves both clinically and professionally. His philosophy that “all things are built through relationships” has helped him build his extensive network of colleagues within the system to allow for collaborative efforts and processes to be developed in the interest of superior patient care and best practices.
Bryan is married, has three children, and has six granddaughters. He enjoys traveling, cooking, sports and he is in a band with three of his classmates from high school.
